Patients, visitors, and staff were treated to the amazing sounds of the Hawaii Performing Arts Festival student musicians during a pop-up concert at North Hawaii Community Hospital earlier this week. The students came from throughout the US as part of the Hawaii Performing Arts Festival to promote the appreciation and advancement of classical music and musical theater.

“Music can be wonderfully soothing as well as a great diversion for hospitalized patients,” said Julie Stanforth-Zanoff, Director of Nursing.  “We greatly appreciate the students sharing their wonderful talents with North Hawaii Community Hospital.”
